The Crown Prince of Dubai shared a selection of images from his younger days

It's the Crown Prince of Dubai as you may never have seen him before.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed has dipped into his personal photo archives to share a number of cute photos from his childhood.

He posted the images on his Instagram account along with the caption "Little moments, big memories".

Among the pictures is his brother, Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed, the Deputy Ruler of Dubai, as they play on a bike.

The Dubai royal also shows his early fashion sense as he poses in a 1980s/1990s-style multi-coloured shell-suit – the lightweight tracksuit which took the world by storm for a few years.

Sheikh Hamdan typically shares photos of animals, his travels and often captures his adventurous side for his 9.6 million followers.

Earlier this week, the Crown Prince made a dream come true for an Indian child battling cancer.

Abdullah Hussain, from Hyderabad in southern India, issued a social media plea for a meeting with Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed.

And his request was granted as he was introduced to his hero.
