Try a Taste of Ramadan cookery class

This Ramadan, the International Centre for Culinary Arts is hosting Taste of Ramadan cookery masterclasses at the Expo Centre Sharjah during the Ramadan and Eid Fair.

Held every Thursday through the holy month, each session is 45 minutes long and will be open to eight participants.

The chefs running the classes – and their students in each class – will put up live cookery demos for guests visiting the event. There will also be a “guess the ingredient” quiz during the classes.

The faie also offers a multi-cuisine food court, cookery demonstrations, World of Flavours by celebrity chefs and games and workshops for kids.

The fair is open from 8.30pm to 1.30am from Saturday through Wednesday; it stays open until 2am on Thursday and Friday. Hours for Eid are 5pm to 11pm. For more information, visit www.ramadanfair.ae or call 055 559 7392.
