Raffles Dubai to host one-off Detox Brunch

If you’ve overindulged during the festive period, you might be keen on kicking the year off with a guilt-free Detox Brunch at Raffles Dubai.

To be held on Friday, January 13 from 1pm to 4:30pm in the Raffles Garden, this is a one-off health-focussed brunch.

To help you work up an appetite, the afternoon will start with a 30-minute beginner’s bootcamp hosted by Universal Fitness from 1pm, then you can dig into what’s on offer at the outdoor food stations that will be serving a variety of healthy and nutritious dishes, alongside a special detox beverage menu.

Fitness trainers will be on hand throughout the afternoon to provide demonstrations of the latest exercise trends including TRX, Swing Yoga and Battle Ropes.

A dedicated Paleo Station will dish up meals that include lean and natural ingredients like egg-free paleo banana pancakes, or visit the Ultimate Wellbeing Salad Bar to mix-your-own from over 60 ingredients.

Fill your plate at the sweet and savoury gluten-free stations, with fresh seafood from the Raw Bar, and vegetable skewers and avocado zucchini mini-burgers from the BBQ grill.
