With many of us keen to focus on our health in 2017, Mint Leaf of London has decided to cater to the masses by launching a new menu that includes healthy options for the new year.
The restaurant, at Emirates Financial Towers in Dubai’s DIFC district, is taking a fresh approach to its contemporary Indian cuisine by drawing inspiration from around the world, including French Nouvelle and Asian cuisine, and incorporating new influences into its dishes.
Some of the signature dishes on the new a la carte menu include lime scented chicken tikka; boneless corn fed organic chicken, marinated with curry leaf powder, lime leaves and roasted coconut soil; Chilean seabass; and a spice crusted seabass fillet dry roasted in olive oil and garlic rub, served with keralite specialty butternut squash thoran.
For those with dietary requirements, Mint Leaf Dubai caters to all - gluten free, nut free and dairy free, and the restaurant’s head chef Vivek Kashiwale is pushing boundaries with his dedicated vegan menu offerings.
