CookeryPlus is published in both English and Arabic and aims to showcase "an exciting mix of recipe and non-recipe content, provided by reputed chefs from all over the world, with supporting information by leading nutritionists and health experts". Siraj Bolar, the editor-in-chief of FourPlus Media, says that it wants to bring readers more than just recipes: "We believe that food lovers want to know more about the cuisine that they enjoy and learn about it from credible sources. That is how CookeryPlus came into being".
