Kibsons will soon start stocking products from Sainsbury’s, a leading British supermarket. As of October 15, selected items will be available to buy through Kibsons's online store. The brands have promised to focus on "delivering quality and value and with an unbeatable product range". There will be about 500 products available from the Sainsbury's food range on the site, available in the UAE for the first time. The listed products include frozen goods, pizzas, bread, pastries, fruits, biscuits and savoury snacks. They will also offer long-life products, such as cooking sauces, canned items, soups, spreads, oils and vinegars and other pantry essentials. "We are pleased to be introducing our great quality products to customers in the UAE via our partnership with Kibsons," said Richard Hodges, Sainsbury's head of sales. "Kibsons’ fresh food credentials and excellent customer service are famous throughout the UAE and we look forward to working closely with them." "Sainsbury’s is synonymous with high quality and affordable food and we are thrilled to be partnering with them and offering our customers a further enhanced shopping experience. We are extremely excited to launch an initial 500 products, with more to follow in the near future," said Halima Jumani, director of Kibsons. Kibsons is not the first UAE grocery brand to partner with UK supermarkets. Tesco products are available at Choithrams supermarkets, while Spinneys stocks Waitrose goods, which are also available at Waitrose stand-alone stores.
