I can't believe these delicious little items have been there in the freezer section the whole time. I am always trying to freeze bready, wrap-type things because I don't eat them that often but like to have them around. But bread, flour tortillas and pita bread, my go-tos, don't always behave that well afterwards. The bread crumbles, the pita is stale and the tortillas crack and break. These chapattis, on the other hand, come individually encased in plastic and cook up in the pan from frozen. I think they may also be the only frozen food I've ever purchased that looks as good or better as the picture on the package. (Frozen pizzas, that one was for you) Each one is 120 calories and has 5 grams of fat, so I wouldn't eat more than one at a sitting. Lately they've been wrapping up a pretty nice breakfast featuring one scrambled egg, some spinach, a chopped cherry tomato and feta sprinkles.
