Starting this Saturday, the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi will launch a new dining concept for kids. The Kids Only Pizza Factory will take place every Saturday from noon to 3pm at the Lemon Tree restaurant in the hotel. The pizza party will give kids up to 12 years old a chance to make and bake their very own pizzas (while mum and dad get a little rest and relaxation of their own). Gluten-free options are available, but orders for gluten-free dough must be placed by Thursday at 4pm. Dh20 per child. For more information, call 02 657 4858 or email fnb.hiabudhabi@ihg.com.

Giornotte at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, will launch Bistro Night every Wednesday starting September 17. The Mediterranean restaurant will be filled with classic bistro favourites such as a Wagyu baguette and mariniere mussels. A wide selection of cheese, French desserts and live accordion music will all help set the bistro scene. Held in the Giornotte restaurant and on the beautiful terrace, Bistro Night takes place every Wednesday from 7pm to 11pm. Starting at Dh200 per person. For more information, call 02 818 8282.
