Our deputy editor Hala Khalaf brought these biscuits back from Jordan last week and now I am wondering if I should just set up a business importing them. The light, all-natural crisps (more like a cookie than a cracker) are set apart by the inclusion of anise seeds, which I did not think I would love originally but turned out to embrace.
