Enigma, a new restaurant concept, will launch January 10 in Dubai

A new restaurant coming to Dubai, called Enigma, is bringing an entirely new dining concept to the country.

In the newly opened Palazzo Versace Dubai, Enigma will not just change menus four times a year; it will also change its concept and its chefs four times a year, but these won’t be your average chefs. The restaurant will bring in renowned international guest chefs who are among the best chefs in the world. Each of those chefs will serve up signature, innovative fare that is sure to impress even the most discerning diners in Dubai.

The first chef scheduled to take over Engima’s kitchen, launching January 10, is the avant-garde chef Quique Dacosta. His eponymous restaurant in Spain has three Michelin stars and is currently listed at number 39 on the coveted World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. “It is incredible to bring my cuisine to other parts of the world,” Dacosta says. “I’m thrilled to make my mark in Dubai under Palazzo Versace and I hope that diners enjoy Enigma and my culinary selection as much as I will enjoy the experience.” Dacosta says his cuisine has deep Mediterranean roots with avant-garde influences.
