Some of the bites on offer include the volcano maki roll, the Jardin de Rabelais tomato maki roll, boneless chicken wings and the duck Maseca pancake. • Big Chefs at The Beach, a restaurant that offers a range of global cuisine, has launched more than 20 new items on their new menu. For starters, the restaurant now offers lentil and chard soup and traditional chicken soup. Some of the new options for mains include pumpkin patty and grilled courgette rolls, pistachio meatball skewers, a farmer's pizza topped with steak, mozzarella and thyme and a caprese sandwich. • If you love chocolate, don't miss Eataly's chocolate festival. The restaurant is serving up a special chocolate-inspired menu that includes dishes such as burrata filled with chocolate, chocolate spaghetti and a Gorgonzola, mascarpone and pear pizza with a chocolate crust. • Royal China in DIFC has given Chinese takeout a facelift with their new delivery option called Royal China Kitchen.
