• Chef Greg Malouf, the visionary behind Cle Dubai, will launch his latest cookbook, co-written with ex-wife Lucy Malouf, on Tuesday, January 13. The new book is titled "New Feast: Modern Middle Eastern Vegetarian" and offers an array of vegetarian dishes designed for sharing. • Chez Amy's, a new home-grown concept, has launched in Jumeirah Park Pavilion. The all day healthy dining cafe serves sandwiches, salads, main courses, wood-fired, oven-baked pizzas and a large range of desserts. They also have a dedicated kids' menu. The cafe uses fresh ingredients and has gluten-free options as well. They also offer sugar-free and dairy-free items as well as organic coffee. There are plans for more Chez Amy's across the country.
