• The Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach will open its doors on Sunday, bringing four new restaurants on the day of the launch: the all-day international restaurant Suq; their signature Asian-styled seafood restaurant Sea Fu; Hendricks, a lounge with a cigar room; and Shai Salon, a tea spot offering lighter fare. It was also just revealed that Nusret, a famous Turkish restaurant started by a butcher and meat specialist, will open its first international location at the hotel in December. • La Porte des Indes in The Address Dubai Mall will launch a special game menu next week featuring quail, Guinea fowl, venison, rabbit and pheasant.
