Listen up Comic Con fans, if you fancy fuelling up for the fun that’s to come next month, you may want to consider booking into the Rove Downtown Dubai for their Comic Con Warm Up brunch.
To be hosted by the hotel’s food outlet The Daily on Friday, March 31 and Saturday, April 1, the brunch will celebrate the Middle East Film and Comic Con, the region’s biggest pop culture convention, which is set to be held from April 6-8 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
For Dh99 per adult and Dh49 for kids, diners can look forward to a themed buffet complete with hot and cold plates, just-baked pastries, a selection of cheeses, assorted cereals, fresh fruit and juices, as well as some fantastic barbecue dishes.
The hotel offers great views of the Burj Khalifa backdrop and the skyscrapers of Downtown Dubai, which are all worthy of the most wicked and the most divine superheroes known to man.
Guests are being encouraged by the hotel to give their costumes a trial run at the brunches.
Rick Sharif, the founder of Arkham Creative and a contributing artist at Rove City Centre will showcase some of his best superhero work in his signature style at Rove Downtown Dubai, including his artworks featuring the Joker, Ironman, Superman and Batman.
