Want to cook with a Michelin starred chef? Chef Greg Malouf, the man behind the restaurant Cle Dubai, is hosting a cookery class on January 26 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Guests will learn the secrets of the style of food Malouf is known for — contemporary Middle Eastern cuisine. They'll also receive a signed copy of Malouf's latest cookery book: New Feast: Modern Middle Eastern Vegetarian as well as a chef's apron. The class is Dh500 per person. If cooking’s not your thing, forget the class and instead head to Cle Dubai’s official Australia Day Gala on January 22. The party will feature entertainment from Australian artists Tina Arena and Danny Faifai. Malouf, who is from Australia, but born to Lebanese parents, will be putting his best food forward for his home country’s celebration.
