Chef Pascal Sfara has abruptly left Amalfi, the Italian restaurant in Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi. No word on why – or where the chef has gone – but the hotel tells us the new head chef will be announced after Ramadan, during which Amalfi will be closed.
