There’s a new burger joint in Dubai, and it’s said to be tres bon.
French gourmet fast-food burger chain Big Fernand has opened at Outlet Village and is offering foodies a gourmet burger experience.
The trendy fast food diner takes the American classic and blends it with a touch of French gastronomy to deliver a burger with a difference.
Big Fernand has seven signature hamburgés which can be made into 3840 combinations, and uses four kinds of French cheeses. The menu also includes the famed ‘Fernandines’ (French fries made in-house).
The food is said to be worth the visit alone, but if it’s atmosphere you’re after, the foot tapping 80s music, wooden decor, cheese display, and all things French-inspired are sure to make your burger experience complete.
Big Fernand was conceived on a small Parisian street four years ago, and now has more than 25 outlets to its name in France, London, Hong Kong, and now Dubai.
The Outlet Village location is the first of three planned for Dubai, over the coming two months Big Fernand will open stores in Dubai City Walk and Dubai Festival City Walk.
