A 'Harry Potter' brunch is coming to Dubai's Yalumba restaurant

Reach for the polyjuice potion and get into character for a themed dining experience next month

We have already had a Harry Potter-themed quiz, as well as a movie marathon, showing all eight of the films in one weekend, at  a Dubai cinema.

And now, fans of the the magical franchise will have a chance to dine like wizards at a new brunch, themed around all things Potter and pals. Yalumba is hosting an Order of the Remix  version of its Brunchology feast on Friday, September 27, and the Le Meridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre restaurant promises to "comes alive with the magic of Hogwarts".

The brunch is known for going all out with a theme, so we expect you'll see magical dessert creations, bubbling cauldrons and cameos from some of your favourite characters, as well as "freshly brewed potions" all afternoon.

There will also be a fancy dress competition, so ditch your muggle clothes for the day and channel your inner wizard to stand at chance at winning prizes.

Yalumba is one of the livelier brunches in Dubai, with live cooking stations, multiple beverage options and live music and entertainment all afternoon long.

In the past, Yalumba has hosted a Game of Thrones themed brunch. The dishes on offer included "Jon Snow's personal favourites", along with myriad activities and a quiz for guests to test their knowledge of the Seven Kingdoms.

The Brunchology and the Order of the Remix brunch costs Dh389 (soft drinks) or Dh529 (premium package), and runs from 12.30pm until 3.30pm. Accio up your favourite brunch dress or shirt.
