Giulia Cazzola is a fourth-generation employee of Fope, a Vicenza, Italy-based, family-run jewellery company founded in 1929 and known for its gold creations. After finishing her studies in New York, Cazzola decided to gain invaluable experience working for other jewellery brands before joining her family's - a move she says allowed her to develop a larger view of the business, rather than simply adapting to the company she was born into. She established the Fope New York headquarters and lived in the city for 15 years before moving to its Italian head office, where she has been based for the past three years.
