The House of Ten Commandments, a Jewish synagogue in Manama, Bahrain, has recently been fully renovated.

Established in 1935, it's the oldest and first functioning synagogue in the Arabian Gulf.

It was not used from 1948 until it was rebuilt in the 1990s.

In 2020, thanks to the Abraham Accords, a full refurbishment got under way.

Artwork and manuscripts adorn the walls.
