Emergency officials say a Russian passenger jet has exploded after an engine caught fire while taxiing for take-off at a Siberian airport, with one person killed and three missing.
An emergency services spokesman Vadim Grebennikov said 124 passengers and crew were evacuated before the explosion, which destroyed the plane.
There was no immediate information about whether any of them were injured. It was unclear whether the person who died was killed in the explosion.
