Rents have been falling in Abu Dhabi over the past year because of the economic slowdown from lower oil prices. The latest property report from Dubizzle and the consultancy JLL forecasts a modest recovery in the coming years, but for now prices should continue to decline in some neighbourhoods. Here are the most affordable areas to live in the city, according to the report.
