Emaar on Sunday said it is offering for sale a limited number of serviced apartments in its The Address Residence Fountain Views scheme in Downtown Dubai, part of its so called Sky Collection.
The 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, 3 and 4-bedroom duplex apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses range in size from 2,000 sq ft to more than 17,000 sq ft, it said in a statement yesterday.
Last December, Emaar launched its Sky Collection with a sale of off-plan penthouses at its The Address The BLVD scheme in Downtown Dubai consisting of 523 serviced apartments and 200 hotel rooms.
