Danube Properties has sold out its two-tower, Dh300 million Glamz project in Al Furjan just over a month after its launch.
The company said that following the sale of all 418 apartments at the project it had sold out its entire stock on the six projects launched to date, which have a combined value of Dh1.8 billion, and that it is likely to launch a seventh project soon.
Danube Group founder Rizwan Sajan said: “Almost everyone wants a home of their own and it feels good that we are here to help them in realising their dreams through our affordable offerings.”
At the launch of Glamz last month, Mr Sajan had indicated that Danube Properties was likely to launch two more schemes this year — one in the run-up to the Cityscape Global event in September, and another by the year end.
He added that his plan was to continue focusing on the Dubai market, and in locations with an established infrastructure, stating that he is currently in negotiations to buy plots in three different areas.
“I always look for a location which is already a developed area, rather than an area which will develop over five or 10 years,” he said. “I believe that when a customer buys a property from me he should be able to come and stay on the day when it is ready.”
