Emiratis are significantly more likely to work in administration than any other role, according to a recent survey report on Emiratisation by Oxford Strategic Consulting. According to the Emirati Employment Report 2015, over half of the 300 working Emiratis polled, opted for a career in administration, however engineering, accountancy and banking and finance were also popular career choices.
