What to get the hunter who has everything?
How about a Dh2 million hunting vehicle that can change colour for camouflage - and has an aerial drone that can spot prey from two kilometres away?
The machine, built by a US manufacturer, will make its world debut next month at Big Boys Toys, an event in Dubai celebrating all things macho.
The vehicle can change to one of four colours to blend in with its surroundings. It also has a drone that flies in a 2km radius and captures images of prey, while an onboard detector picks up the sound of animals within 300 metres.
"It is a Hummer that is fitted out," said Biju Jayaraaj, the chief executive of the event organiser Artaaj.
"This is currently being made in the US and they are bringing it down for the show. It is the most sophisticated hunting vehicle ever."
Big Boys Toys, which will feature a bewildering array of gadgets, will take place at Atlantis, The Palm from January 31 to February 2. This year, the event will feature 100 exhibitors.
They include a company that makes bespoke and bejewelled car keys that start at €20,000 (Dh94,958), and the launch of a new British supercar, which costs £700,000 (Dh4.1m).
Another showpiece, according to Mr Jayaraaj, will be a 24-carat gold water bottle encrusted with 113 diamonds that will cost Dh3.3m.
"It's got gold flakes inside the water, so it should be expensive," he said.
"It's a masterpiece."
Mr Jayaraaj said there would also be more affordable products on sale, and activities such as archery.
But the event does tend to attract big spenders.
"In the last couple of years I have seen people buy products for a Dh1.5m in half an hour," added Mr Jayaraaj.
