A US fitness chain that brings together barre, strength and flexibility training and spinning classes under one roof is set to open its first branch in Dubai.
Define has 15 studios across the United States and will be opening a studio at the Silverene Tower in Dubai Marina later this month.
The fitness centre will offer three core workout options: Define Body, Define Mind and Define Revolution.
The 60-minute Define body routine will combine pilates, yoga, ballet and core strengthening exercises to target all major muscle groups using small weights, a barre, mater and ball.
Define mind will be an hour-long class cued to music, with a focus on flexibility with stretches using a hammock to relieve tightness in hamstrings, hips and shoulders.
For cardio lovers, the Define revolution session will include choreographed movements on a stationary bike for a full body workout set to high-energy music.
The studio will also sell fitness apparel, equipment and body products.
