Taylor Swift has leapt to the aid of a Sydney theatre company. The pop star granted permission to the cast of 70-somethings to dance to her chart-topper Shake it Off. It came on the back of a Twitter request by Belvoir Theatre with the hashtag "greygrey4taytay" to appeal to the American singer to use the song in a play due to open Wednesday night. The production, Seventeen, is about 17-year-olds on their last night of high school but played by actors in their 70s. "Permission granted," Swift tweeted back. Curb Your Enthusiasm could make a TV come back. Fans of the Larry David starring comedy have some reason to raise their hopes after series his agent Jeff Garlin stated a new series is being considered. "I'd say a decent chance. Not good, not bad, decent," Garlin told a TV critics' meeting on Tuesday, before adding it's "the only show that I know in the history of television that only moves forward because the creator is basing his decision entirely on creativity."

Priyanka looking for more US TV roles
Indian film star Priyanka Chopra says she is eager to star in more US TV drama series. "It's like the golden age of television right now and I wanted to be part of that," she said of her role as a FBI recruit in ABC's new drama Quantico, debuting September 27. Chopra said she is glad to bring further diversity to ABC, which includes a growing number of series with characters of various ethnicities such as Fresh Off the Boat and Black-ish. "I never saw anybody who looked like me on TV, and this was an opportunity for me to change that." - AP
Antara Banerjee to make full debut on Yeh Hai India
Television star Antara Banerjee, who appeared in a cameo in The Shaukeens is making her full-fledged Bollywood debut with the patriotic drama Yeh Hai India. "As an actor, when you work on a character, you don't think about anything else," she said of her role as a crusadingjournalist. "You just think of yourself as the character and that's it. I am very honest as an actor and thus believe in giving full justice to my role on screen," Antara is paired opposite Bigg Boss 2 and Roadies 5″winner Ashutosh Kaushik in the film to be jointly directed by G.K Yogesh and Lom Harsh. - IANS
