Pint-size superheroes will be making rounds of the city’s public parks and Fun City outlets in Dubai to encourage children to make healthy food choices and adopt an active lifestyle.
The Landmark Group has created the Super Kidz characters — Sam and Sara — to tour the country and spread awareness about eating healthy for two weeks this month.
Super Sam has been developed as a nine-year-old boy who is a swimming and football enthusiast, who can’t live without freshly baked pancakes laced with honey. Eight-year-old Super Sara is involved in tennis and dancing, and enjoys baking oatmeal cookies with her mother.
They will make 16 appearances in 11 spaces around Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. The team will host informative sessions and activities like quizzes, games, face painting and balloon bending. They will also hand out the Super Kidz comic books and goody bags.
