Stream Dubai singer-songwriter Adam Baluch’s new EP Answers to Questions for free

Beat-boxin', loop station-packin' UAE troubadour Adam Baluch has revealed his first original material to the world.

His new four-track EP, titled Answers to Questions, is available to stream for free now, here.

It’s a cool set packed with hummable tunes instantly familiar to anyone who’s ever seen the American-Ugandan talent live about town.

Things open with the groovy strut of A to Q, before the contemplative ballad Old in Youth. The tempo hots back up with the urban funk of Fools, before anthemic singalong Bump.

Recorded over the past four months, all the guitar, keys, trumpets and beat-boxin’ were played by Baluch.

“People have been asking me when I’m going to bring out my music for a very long time,” said Baluch.

“I’ve always known I was going to do that, but it was vital for me that my first release showed those people who I really am, and what I could really do.”

Baluch is a well-known sound on the local scene, with regular gigs at Zero Gravity, Loca, Tribeca, The Gramercy, and others.

The Dubai-based talent is away for summer playing in Ibiza – including a gig alongside Nightmares on Wax – but you can expect him back on the circuit soon.
