Sonam Kapoor today sent out a tweet confirming that she has been discharged from hospital following her admission for swine flu. "Discharged!!!!!! Home sweet home!!!" read the tweet from the actresses's official twitter page.
Kapoor was admitted to Sterling Hospital in Rajkot on February 28 after she took ill on the set of Sooraj Barjatya's romantic drama Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, the Hindustan Times reported.
Kapoor was then transferred by air ambulance to a hospital in Mumbai on March 5. Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez tweeted a picture of herself and Kapoor both in surgical masks yesterday saying "With my @sonamakapoor she's feeling much better!!!"
