We were in the Maraya Art Centre in Sharjah this weekend and caught another glimpse of The Beginning of Thinking is Geometric (pictured here).
If you haven't been to check it out then you better hurry, there is only a week left and it is certainly worth it. Curated by Sara Raza, who has international acclaim and featuring works from artists including Ebtisam Abdulaziz and Alaa Ebtekar, the exhibition explores the concept that all our thinking, in the end, is couched in the mathematics of geometry.
Don't worry, it is not as complicated as it sounds, it's actually a great visual experience.
