Look out for celebrity Indian chefs Vikas Khanna, Sanjeev Kapoor and Ranveer Barar around town as they turn up the heat for the MasterChef India 4 contestants for the show's Dubai episode, this week.
Star Plus’ reality TV show judges and finalists are shooting in 12 locations, including Atlantis- The Palm and Dubai Creek until March 8. The current season has seen cooks dish up flavours from all over Indian and they’ll be experimenting with local and world cuisines in the Emirates.
“We plan to introduce the flavours of Middle East and their local delicacies through the show,” says Khanna.
This season is dedicated to promoting a vegetarian palette.
“We have a conception that people in Dubai are hardcore meat eaters, but they have a very rich vegetarian cuisine too. The show has come up with a unique format of presenting an array of innovative vegetarian dishes this season.
