For your viewing pleasure, the official complaint filed by Infinity World (subsidiary of Dubai World) to relieve it of its obligations under a joint venture agreement with MGM Mirage to build the largest casino complex in Las Vegas. At stake is the fate of the US$8.6bn CityCenter project.
The Wall Street Journal's Law Blog said that the lawsuit had "at least an outside chance of becoming the Law Blog's Civil Lawsuit of 2009".
