Lady Gaga has posted a video message on YouTube to let fans know how excited she is about her UAE gig on September 10, which is part of her artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball tour and her first-ever performance in the region.
"Marhaba Dubai, this is Lady Gaga. I can't wait to perform for the first time in the United Arab Emirates. I will see you soon at the Meydan Racecourse September 10th," says the Born this Way star.
A bonus for fans who will be in the crowd at the show is that despite the muggy September temperatures in the outdoor arena, the promoters have confirmed that there will be a cooling system in place for the event.
Cool gusts of air will be blasted more than 20 metres into the air over the crowd by jet diffusers located in select areas throughout the Meydan Grandstand.
The “Public Cool-Off Areas” – located near the Food & Beverage and VIP zones – will give fans a chance to take a break from the heat and humidity and chill out before, during and after the concert.
