As much as 48 per cent of expatriates living in the UAE are still planning to invest in the local property market, according to a new survey from an insurance firm. Still, more than 50 per cent of these same expats believe that property is too expensive to buy.
Meanwhile, a Reuters poll predicted last week that prices would drop by an average of 37.5 per cent this year, bottoming out in 2010.
