For more than two months now, a group of angry <b>Hydra Properties</b> buyers - calling themselves <b>Hydra Investors Group</b> - have been organising and putting together a campaign to fight a round of unilateral price rises on their apartments, construction delays and other issues they have with the developer. (Read their complaints ). <b>Sulaiman al Fahim</b> , the chief executive of the company and star of his own television show modeled on "The Apprentice" called " <b>Hydra Executives</b> ", first responded by arguing they were trying to get out of their legal obligations. Then he hired a businessman called <b>Ahmed Khalil</b> to run his customer service division and changes started being made: more staff to handle customer inquiries, new payment plans, and a slightly less painful penalty clause for late payment in the contract.
