Demi Moore has made a tentative return to Twitter

Still tweeting under the handle @mrskutcher, the actress posted a grainy self-portrait, along with the words "testing", earlier today.
It didn't take long for the world to notice: within five hours more than 30,000 people had taken a peek at the pic, a shot of Moore lying fully clothed on a bed. Among the well-wishers tweeting congratulations at the star's return to the micro-blogging site was the staff at Hello! Magazine.

Moore, who has more than 4.9 million Twitter followers, was formally prolific on the site but has been silent since January 7. Her marriage to Ashton Kutcher - another Twitter leader in the entertainment community - broke down late last year amid rumours of infidelity on his part. She later entered rehab after collapsing at her home. 

Moore, who has an interesting turn in the Wall Street drama Margin Call - opening in UAE theatres this Thursday - stars next in the comedy LOL with Miley Cyrus.
