An Irish couple that <a href="http://www.thenational.ae/business/property/difc-courts-back-couple-over-delay-to-luxury-flat">won a "default judgment" against <b>Damac Properties</b> </a>for delays in handing over their unit will have one more fight on the horizon if the developer gets its way.<br/><b>Noel and Lorna Gaffney</b> won their case because Damac did not respond to their lawsuit. Now, Damac will have to prove to the court that it had a good reason for not responding or that it has a strong case to make before the DIFC Courts.
