BodyART comes to Gold’s Gym in UAE

BodyART fitness classes are coming to the UAE for the first time, with a two week demonstration at Gold’s Gym across the country.

Starting at Al Mussalla towers, Bur Dubai on October 26 and then moving on to other locations, the classes will be showcased by qualified and certified instructors.

BodyART, which was developed by German therapist Robert Steinbacher, combines yoga and Pilates, and also takes inspiration from Tai Chi and Qi Gong.

The workout focuses on strength, cardio and felixbility and has proved to be a big hit in Europe. It has been described as “Asian-inspired fusion of yoga and athleticism appealing to mind-body enthusiasts and hard-core athletes” and relies on “Eastern approaches of treating the entire body as one system, supplemented with a mentally holistic perspective.”
