Preparations are well underway for the Sharjah Biennial that takes over the courtyards and corners of the emirate for two months every two years. Installations and interactive art pieces populating many buildings are nearing completion all over the city.<br/> <br/> Thilo Frank, a German artist whose installations explore spatial perception through movement and physical dialogues, is taking over Bait Al Serkal, home of the Sharjah Art Foundation.
