Ali's Film won Best Brand Communication Film over 40 entries and a shortlist that included 12.29 by The Edge Picture Company for British Airways and Access Prepaid Worldwide: The Access Story by Radley Yeldar Ltd for Access Prepaid Worldwide. The star of Ali's Film, Ahmed Al Daheri, is a 10-year-old Emirati schoolboy from Ras Al Khaimah. Andrea Arnold to head Cannes Critics’ Week jury
The English filmmaker Andrea Arnold will head this year's Critics' Week jury at the Cannes Film Festival. Arnold, 52, received the festival's Jury Prize in 2006 (Red Road) and 2009 (Fish Tank). The Critics' Week section, designed to showcase new talent, will run from May 15 to 23.
