Ajmal Perfumes launches Young Prosumer Competition



Young people looking for a creative outlet have an opportunity to sniff out the latest perfume trend and influence its marketing strategy with Ajmal Perfumes.

The company has launched the Young Prosumer Initiative for the Middle Eastern youth, between 16 and 25 years of age.

The competition will be held in three phases- The Trend Whiffer, The Designist and The Buzz Maker. In the first phase, they are invited to draw up what the next youth fragrance and the winner, based on public votes online, will receive Dh15,000.

In phase two, participants have to submit sketches of the primary packaging based on the finalised fragrance from round one. Three options will be uploaded to Ajmal’s microsite. The designer of the winning entry will receive Dh15,000.

GCC participants have develop a creative brief and marketing strategy for the product using various communication platforms. The winner of this stage will also receive Dh15,000.
