See an exhibition of artworks by the Lebanese-American artist, poet and author Kahlil Gibran in Gibran: A Humane Perspective, which offers a rare opportunity to see 30 works and manuscripts that use watercolour, oils, and charcoal, including The Sad Mona Lisa and The Blind. Plan to take part in a four-week drawing workshop at thejamjar. Maryam Rahman Agha will conduct the course for ages 17 and older. The workshop will introduce and contextualise various drawing methods and look at 2-D representations and drawings, with a focus on line, shape, form and volume, and positive and negative spaces.
