Jonathan Aguilar Garcia, who was better known by his stage name Chokoleit, died aged 46 on Saturday night, shortly after he performed at a show in the Philippine's Abra province. The Filipino comedian, actor and TV host died after experiencing breathing difficulties, his talent agency, Star Magic, said in a statement. "Chokoleit was performing in an out-of-town show in Abra, and experienced difficulty in breathing after his performance." He was rushed to the Abra Provincial Hospital, where he died of a pulmonary edema and heart attack, his physician has confirmed. Chokoleit had starred in a number of ABS-CBN movies, TV series and was best known for his role as Pearly Shell in the popular Philippine television show <em>Marina</em>.
