Dubai's Queen Elizabeth 2 has announced two exciting new shows set to play at its on-board theatre this year.
To celebrate 40 years since the release of their biggest hit We Are The Champions, tribute concert The Queen Experience will be coming to Theatre by QE2 for a two-day run, starting on Thursday, April 16.
The show promises to recreate the "legendary stadium spectaculars" of the four-piece in a two-hour show that will feature several of their classic hits, including We Will Rock You, Bohemian Rhapsody, I Want to Break Free and Somebody to Love.
Tickets for The Queen Experience start from Dh150, with the Friday, April 17, evening instalment also offering a supper club deal, starting from Dh395.
Also announced for Theatre by QE2 is award-winning family comedy Potted Potter. The Harry Potter parody combines JK Rowling's seven books into 70 minutes, alongside a live game of quidditch.
The show is suitable for children over the age of 6 and promises to have both adults and children laughing.
Potted Potter has played to sold-out theatres across the world, receiving rave reviews, and even received an Olivier Award nomination.
The show will take place from Friday to Sunday, June 11 to 13, with tickets starting at Dh180.
