The Dubai Shopping Festival continues to roll out the performances as part of its 25th anniversary. On Thursday, January 16, fans of regional stand-up comedy can see four of its leading names take over the Dubai World Trade Centre. <span>Leading the pack is a </span><span>Palestinian-American com</span><span>edian who </span><span>honed his craft touring with </span><span>comedy master Dave Chappelle. In addition to being </span><span>an experienced international performer, Amer has his own special, </span><span><em>The Vagabond</em></span><span>,</span><span> which is available to stream on Netflix.</span> <span>Also on the bill in Dubai is Lebanese funny man </span><span>Nemr Abou Nassar. </span><span>As well as his popular stand-up special </span><span><em>No Bombing in Beirut</em></span><span>, which was </span><span>broadcast on Showtime</span><span> in 2017, Nemr has also </span><span>performed in </span><span>front of a packed crowd in Dubai – at </span><span>Music Hall in 2018.</span> <span>A stalwart of the Saudi comedy scene, Saleh first found success with his YouTube comedy show </span><span><em>Eysh Elly</em></span><span>, before </span><span>hosting his own late night talk show on MBC</span><span>, called </span><span><em>The Tonight Show with Bader Saleh</em></span><span>. He is now back in his element on the comedy stage.</span> <span>Rounding off the bill is the much-loved </span><span>Al Sayed. The Emirati is a doyen of the UAE stand-up circuit as both a promoter and organiser. An experienced international performer, he also </span><span>has </span><span>a special, </span><span><em>Onestly Sbeaking</em></span><span>, </span><span>which was filmed as part of the 2015 Dubai Comedy Festival.</span> <em>DSF Comedy Nights is on Thursday, January 16 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
