Dubai is set to host the return of Bollywood heavy weights Shaan and KK. The singers will team up once again under the Salaam Dubai concert banner for a show at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium on November 9. In what is promised to be an epic four hour concert, the duo will play the hits from their heft back catalogs in addition paying tribute to Bollywood’s golden age with classic tracks from the 1960s and 1970s. Born in Delhi, the 49-year-old (real name Krishnakumar Kunnath) got his start as singer in 1994 and went on to deliver over 3000 radio jingles in 11 Indian languages. He transitioned to Bollywood in 1999 when he performed the track <em>Tadap Tadap</em> from the 1999 Salam Khan film <em>Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam</em> Since then he has been one of the industry's most in demand singers with his voice heard in numerous film hits including <em>Raees</em> and <em>Bajrangi Bhaijaan</em>. The 45-year-old Shaan (real name Shantanu Mukherje also started his career singing radio jingles before venturing into Bollywood with his soaring vocals heard in films <em>PK</em> and <em>Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.</em> Last month Shaan released the stand alone single Adhoorey.
