Usher and Snow Patrol will perform in Abu Dhabi as part of the Club Social music festival in April. The R&B star and Northern Irish rock band will headline two of the three nights of the event, which will take place at Etihad Park from April 18 to 20. Back for the fourth year, Club Social will mark a tantalising back-to-back weekend of festivals, with Off Limits, headlined by Ed Sheeran and the Kaiser Chiefs, also at Etihad Park, on April 26. This is the biggest version yet of Club Social, which will open on April 18 with Snow Patrol, renowned for anthems such as Chasing Cars and Run, taking the stage on the back of their new album The Forest is the Path. Joining them that night are British rockers The Kooks, who will deliver another feel-good performance with hits including Naive and She Moves in Her Own Way. The following night's headliner is Usher, who comes to Abu Dhabi after a successful year, during which he headlined the NFL Super Bowl halftime show, as well as embarking on a sold-out US tour celebrating an expansive career filled with club hits such as Yeah and DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love, as well as the smooth balladry of Confessions. Usher's festival show is part of a break from his ongoing Las Vegas residency and will showcase songs from new album Coming Home, featuring singles Good Good and Kissing Strangers. His last appearance in Abu Dhabi was in 2022, when he performed as part of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix After-Race concert series. The festival ends on April 20 with British pop singer Raye bringing her onstage exuberance for what will be her first full-length concert in the capital. Expect to hear fan favourites Escapism and Prada, both of which became viral hits. Joining her that day is British indie-pop band London Grammar, who will play tracks from their new album The Greatest Love. Ticket information will be announced soon, with a presale expected to begin on January 25 from Club Social's official website.
