Today is the first day of the week-long preview exhibition for Ayyam’s regular Young Collectors Auction. Witness an array of art work from leading artists of this generation in the gallery space in Alserkal Avenue and check out their very tempting, affordable price tags.
Personal highlights include sculpture by Sahand Hesamiyan (Eastern Sun) and Khaled Jarrar (Olive Tree Branch) and the special section on Iran including works by Parviz Tanavoli and veteran conceptual photographer Shadi Ghardirian.
A catalogue detailing the available artwork can be accessed in PDF format online or a hard copy can be collected from any one of Ayyam Gallery’s locations and don’t forget to ask the experts for advice if you are lost or need direction - they are more than happy to help.
For the auction itself you can bid in person or online and over the phone and this allows even those abroad to participate.
